I love going to Heritage Pet for grooming and boarding. Brandi is my groomer and does a wonderful job on my shih tzu Vivian. She always gets her done quickly and Viv is always excited to see Brandi! Thank you for always making Vivian look pretty! Jessica and Jordan in boarding are great with my dog providing my dog with love and attention. I am very confident to leave my dog at heritage pet knowing I can trust the highly skilled and wonderful staff to take care of my dog.
Our little Jill survived her first kennel experience at #heritagepetboardingandgrooming And they dressed her up for the holidays! We use Heritage for grooming, boarding and daycare! The staff is great with my 2 schnauzers. Goliath is pretty obnoxious when we get there and they all know it is him. But they are so sweet about it. We joke and say he has a lot to say. He went blind and I think they cried as much as I did. They took such great care of him and sent me pictures of him the first time I left him. Heritage pet has been grooming my dogs for 12 years! Such amazing groomers!! I had Lou for 10 years!! So loving and sweet with my old English Springer! Now Brandi has been grooming my 2 labs for past 2 years!!! She is so sweet and professional with my fur babies!!! She treats them like hers!!! I always feel comfortable leaving them with her and I know they will be treated well!!! Norman and Cali love their “beauty treatment” every 6 weeks!!!! I have used several of the groomers including Casey, Jess, and Brandi. Casey was our main groomer, and has taken care of all 3 if my miniature schnauzers over the last 6 years. I love the care and attention given to my fur babies. Everyone knows them when they walk in, my dogs are always super excited to be there, and Casey is an amazing groomer. Staff has always treated me & my pup with love and care. She’s gone here for doggie daycare and boarding and grooming since she was 4 mos. She’s always happy & excited to go here. Brandi is wonderful for grooming needs. She’s always prompt and attentive. The staff always makes me feel like they care abt my pup and do what I ask. When I pick her up she’s happy and takes a good nap from all of her puppy playtime and attention. I like that there is someone on site 24 hrs during boarding too!
Brandi has been grooming my dogs for years and is the best EVER! My goldendoodle and shi-poo adore her as do I! I also have boarded my goldendoodle for years there when we leave town and have never had any problems. I highly recommend Heritage Pet especially Brandi!
