Maintenance is out the question, office not much help either, problem solving was was non existing.
Heritage park apartment is trying to charger me $150 for rent of the month of May. We moved April 29!! This isn't possible or legal!!!!
Great place to live! Wonderful staff! Clean apartments and pristine pool! Safe place.
Apartment management and maintenance has gone to crap with new "Realtor" owners.... I've asked 4 times for my tub faucet to be checked - my gas bill has DOUBLED because hot water leaks out of the tub faucet all day. There is also water leaking thru the ceiling from the apartment above me. No one will come out to look at it. My neighbors haven't had hot water in over a month because their water heater is broken and leaking. It ruined their furniture and leaks thru the wall all Over the sidewalk.
