I moved here on October 14 2020. My unit has not even been “move-in ready” since the day I signed my lease. I was actually lied to, and was told that my apartment would be fixed immediately. Here it is 2 months later, and still no change. I don’t even know where to begin to tell you the damages in my apartment. I have a two-year-old child, and we can’t even use my showers. office management hangs up on people who call to ask questions
RecommendedI recommend heritage Park apartments because they're very well-maintained we have an excellent manager and maintenance crew here that stays on top of to take care of your apartment I love living here I've been here for years and Melanie C's that are safety in our apartment is stayed on top of she's a very well manager
Heritage Park Apartments has a woman on their management team named Melody Condor. When notified she’s making threatening, violent, harassing, and discriminating content on facebook, HP’s response was “it’s just facebook” To not take something as serious as this, shows how much of a joke a complex like this one is. Apartments are INFESTED with bed bugs! Office refuses to do anything about it claiming it's the residents responsibility to get the situation squared away. Even a previous office worker wrote a post about the infestation! I WOULDNT SUGGEST ANYBODY MOVE HERE!
keep the water in bathroom turn off by knob and then you'll be able to live normally and slowly as it seems someone wanted to live there but they drove him away.its for you that keep peaceful days.
Worst apartment experience ever. Not recommended at all.
I regret even moving here.....and I will never come back nor will I refer people here either!
They are scam artists and criminals running this place .....don't rent here
