I would give 0 stars if I could. My experience with Heritage Auto was one of the worst vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a box truck after being told it only needed a few minor repairs and that once those were taken care of, they could inspect it and everything would be good to go. Dependable vehicles at affordable prices. Recommended. Fast and convenient service. I was running late the day I wanted to test drive a few cars I saw in the lot. This was during the first February after Covid first hit this area, I called them about half hour before they were closing and told them if they stay open a half hour longer, I will be there to check out a car, because I will definitely be purchasing one from them.
