Their system for calling in medication is seriously flawed. It doesn't matter what pharmacy you use there is always a problem. Then when you call the office to get some help, half the time they don't return your call. When they do return your call, they aren't helpful or understanding at all. This has happened multiple time to both me and my mom. I'm currently waiting for a med to be filled for 2 weeks now and have called 4 times for help.
