Very rude. Tried to schedule an appointment and when I tried to ask a follow-up question, the person answering the phone said bye and hung up on me. You may be busy but this is unacceptable.
Very rude while trying to schedule an appointment for my son. I appreciate that they are busy, but feeling like they are doing me a favor to see me, doesn’t seem like a place that cares about their patients.
