I was an out of state buyer and worked with Stephanie Bristow. She was wonderful and very responsive. They gave me a great price on my trade in and I am loving my new to me SUV! Also, delivered it to my house, almost 3hrs for free!
I marched on them!! They had my car for ten months. Took over $1,700 from me. After ten months they wanted to tow my car to me after I wouldn’t commit to an additional $3,500. After an hour of bad publicity... they had a change of heart!
Several of my friends and family have bought vehicles from Rebecca Overby at Heritage. So when my vehicle died, I called her on Monday, and told her my situation and she said she'd find me something in my price range. I left her a message the next day saying I'd be there Saturday. I showed up Saturday morning and she had me a vehicle that was in my price range. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. I went on line late at night on a Thursday night Randall Ingram contacted me on a Friday and told me to complete the credit application The next morning on Saturday He told me to come pick up my car with no money down!! I went that Monday because my other vehicle had went down!! Thank you Heritage Auto I drove a 2002 Chevrolet Venture for 10 years(I will have it repaired) Now I driving a 2015 Ford Focus Sedan which is classy and saves on gas!!
