Why are both car washes closed? The one at Honda/GMC is closed more often than open. So much for free lifetime carwashes
My husband and I 100% recommend Heritage Honda. This was our first time buying a car and we were nervous and didn’t want to end up getting gypped. We searched around at a few other dealerships but nothing compared to this one. Everyone was so nice, answered all our questions and concerns and we got such a wonderful deal on our car!! Stephanie Bristow, our sales consultant, was amazing and we even spoke with the manager who helped us out so much!! They are an amazing group!

Great dealership, Greg Montgomery, my salesperson, was so good with the delivery of my new Honda. Would not go anywhere else for Honda or GM vehicles!
I have had a terrible experience with this dealership. The sales associate (Tom) dumps his customers as soon as he’s made his commission. I must have left a half dozen messages for a call back regarding an issue that has been going on since we purchased the vehicle and can’t get a call back with an update. I’ve tried speaking with the parts department and a supervisor as well regarding this issue and no one seems to care. Poor customer service. I will not be a repeat buyer from this group.
