The situation: relative who needed post op outpatient physical therapy The good: the staff we interacted with were kind and knowledgeable. The bad: communication from HH to us was abysmal as well as communication between staff members. They would say they were coming and never show up or would come very late. We had to make A LOT of calls asking what was happening. My relative did not get all of the sessions she was approved for because of their poor planning and communication. Okay, I didn't want to go to rehab, but it was an awesome experience. Everyone was kind and extremely helpful. I would recommend Heritage to anyone who asked.
I have been with this company for the past 4 years. The collaboration between management, nurses and therapists is extraordinary. The care demonstrated by all staff is top notch. Our clients have nothing but great things to say about the services they receive from Heritage Healthcare. We all strive for excellence and are driven by compassion and empathy. This is by far the best company I have ever worked for and am proud to say I work for Heritage.
All Therapist and Nurses have been Great with Mom (Marie Eichar) I could not have ask for better people to come to her home to help her and check on her over the past 2 yrs. With strokes, UTI and lately Afib. You all have been a God send. Thank you from myself and my sisters (Cheryl & Sheila)
