Never do business at the Concord, NH Heritage Harley Davidson dealership!!! I went in there last week with my 2006 HD Street Glide to have my rear wheel checked out. Knowing already that something wasn't right with the hub assembly on my rear wheel. Also this was all in preparation for the 91st Laconia, NH Bike Week. I brought my Street Glide to the service department where they then proceeded to tell me my entire rear wheel was bad and that I would have to buy another wheel,...Continue Reading
This dealership's owner refused to sell another dealership (where my bike had become disabled) the regulator I needed so I could get back home to RI. Instead, Heritage offered to pick up my bike "for a small fee" and bring it to their dealership for repair. This just proves to me that $$$ is more important than people.
