Best dealership by far.. staff is top notch. They really make you feel like family like you've known them forever.
Best dealership to buy a Harley from hands down. They let you look around but are available to answer all your questions. Everyone is so welcoming and accommodating. Their gatherings are always fun. We recommend everyone go see Ryan when ready to buy a Harley. Everyone in the service, parts and clothing departments are the best.
It's an hour and 15 minutes away from home but well worth the drive up. Bought my 2015 Sportster there my helmet and my wife's helmet there. Went back up and purchased jackets for both of us. Never any pressure to buy but very helpful.

The staff at heritage is fabulous. My husband and I came in just to look around and walked out very happy owners of a new 2016 street glide. I would highly recommend heritage to anyone. They make you feel like family!!!

Bought a used 13 street glide from them last year just noticed some clunking and though maybe my compensator was on the way out brought it down and they stood behind it and replaced the compensator free of charge without warranty . Great folks and this is why I will come here from now on and stay away from Laconia HD . Thanks guys great job keeping the customer happy
