I want to thank John and his lovely colleague in the service dept. yesterday for helping me when I drove in with a broken kickstand spring. I had to hold it while I rode in .5 miles after a nasty pothole incident. They got me back on the road in 15 min. Thanks guys! Lifesavers!

The best service Dept, bar none. No doubt I am a pain in the ass customer when I buy new bikes. Two new ones this year. Ray Defilice puts up with me. I love how Heritage stands behind NH Special Olympics and the Dream Ride. As well as Veterans and other community charities. The cancer walk was a huge success.
