The boys always have the best time. The staff is knowledgeable and very effective.
I have been to this office probably a dozen times in the past year trying to fix the problems that my last dentist left me with. Dr. Paul and all the girls in the office have been nothing but wonderful. Squeezing me in during painful emergencies, fixing other mistakes from the past, always joking around with me, talking and carrying on, leaving my teeth in MUCH better shape than they were before. I could not be more impressed with this office! All of my family is treated in this office; the staff is always so inviting and the dentists are not only very professional but extremely personable.
Even though their website says the following: "Within the Evansville area, few dental providers other than these large corporate franchises accept insurances or Medicaid. She strongly believes that these patients deserve alternative providers and that Heritage Family Dental could fill that community void." They do not take Medicaid patients (children >12 years old). So basically that claim on their website is not true. Children deserve good dental care no matter what their insurance is.
I thought I would love this place. Everyone was so kind and friendly, but beware. 3hour appointments seem to be normal. Dental work is subpar and whatever you do, keep a close eye on your account.I have experienced unethical charges and payments made, not posted to my account.
