Apparently there is a disconnect between the front office staff and the medical staff. One day came in and the entire front office staff had changed. My brother in law a dentist in CA. said this is common as there are companies who offer to save the dentists money by providing a staff for less money...so certain dentists agree to this and hence the rudeness of the replacement staff.
Well for one, the dentist doesn’t even come talk to u as the parent. They don’t do anything other than crown the kids teeth. I witnessed several staff members going from child to child, grabbing the overhead lights and not cleaning them. But to make matters worse if u get an email to leave a review and don’t leave a 5 star rating they will fire ur family!
They are awful and take advantage of Medicaid clients! Beware and do not take anyone you care about there. I don't even recommend you taking a dog there. Awful people who should be investigated for Medicaid fraud!!!
The offices are nice and have a warm feeling instead of an old cold dentists office of the past. Dr. Paul is awesome and I was totally impressed with all of the staff I dealt with. So nice! I would recommend this office to everyone! My Dentist for life. ❤
office was modern, clean and staff was polite and helpful. Dr. Paul was personable and informative. .he helped my Dad to understand things and how they worked. very grateful for the time and help with my father.

This is a wonderful office with competent staff. Such a beautiful office when I walked in. Warm and friendly people at the front desk. Great cleaning and X-rays by Oleg and I loved Dr. Paul. Seems very caring and listens to you. Josh is great to follow up with your next appt. and care plan. I feel as though I have high standards because my oldest daughter is a dentist in Colorado.
