The only recommendation I would have is to let the customer know when they make the appointment that it could be 3-4 weeks before they get their vehicle back. I was originally supposed to drop the truck off in February thinking it would have been only a few days and that would have been disastrous for the late winter plowing. 5 Star : Returned Clean
