The only recommendation I would have is to let the customer know when they make the appointment that it could be 3-4 weeks before they get their vehicle back. When I took it in, I was told it was not a repair, but an assessment. I made the appt for may and was never told they would have my car for 3 days until the afternoon of may 10 when I called to see if it was ready. 5 Star : Returned Clean
