Once I dropped my truck off it was disassembled and then I was told it was going to be a couple months. My truck is my primary work vehicle and I run a business. If I had known my truck was going to sit for 2 months before repaired I never would have brought it to heritage. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality I filled out a review yesterday and noted that our car looked like it had been ransacked, wondering why Heritage needed to take everything out of the center console and glove box to work on the rear lift gate… I got in it this morning and realized that it had been ransacked. Several items are missing, so it was obviously broken into while it was on the Heritage lot. Perhaps the thieves pulled off the plastic covering the broken back window to get in?
