5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality We’ve had extensive repairs done at Heritage to 2 of our vehicles and, WOW! So beautiful! Undetectable as repairs, even on our 2005 Tundra which needed a little extra TLC, do to it’s age. Insurance doesn’t cover all of Heritage Collision’s labor rate, but we tried an Allstate “approved” body shop and their work was pretty bad. Well worth paying the labor rate difference to have perfection. 5 Star : Customer Service

Also, it seemed very up in the air as to how long the process may take.
