They did a great job replacing my ductwork a few months ago and did a great job, very clean and neat. and now they came and fixed a vibration on my outside unit.
I call because the air condition was not cooling. The technical came and said I need a new unit. As soon he left the air conditioner was leaking water. I immediately contacted the company for the technician to return and fix since this was not an issue. The apologized that unfortunately the tech was headings to do another job. Suggested that I place a bucket that they will return the following day. The bucket was not a quick solution water leak was bad that night we slept with the air off.
