History Established in 2013. People always ask me how we got our name Hercules. Hercules was my step dad, we were going to open this venture together but unfortunately he passed away before we could get it off the ground so i named it after him in his honor. It is to him that I give the credit for award winning Bbq. Hats off to a bbq general because that he was! ~ Alfea

Looks great, what time is supper
Very friendly and the food is wonderful!! We got some to go yesterday. Normally we eat some and save some for later when we bring food home.. I started eating it and before I knew it I had eaten my whole plate and wanted more!! Deeeeelicious!!
