History Established in 2013. People always ask me how we got our name Hercules. Hercules was my step dad, we were going to open this venture together but unfortunately he passed away before we could get it off the ground so i named it after him in his honor. It is to him that I give the credit for award winning Bbq. Hats off to a bbq general because that he was! ~ Alfea

My husband and I ate here last weekend the food is amazing. The staff is so friendly we will definitely be back.
The BBQ is stupendous and the people are SO nice. Definitely getting some more sometime.

We grabbed some food on the way to a cabin..the food is beyond amazing and the owners were sweet as can be. I'll be stopping by every time I head this way. Hercules
My husband and I have recently tried this place, and the food is beyond AMAZING!! It has definitely become one of our new favorite places, and we generally get to see the owner and his wife working diligently -they are so friendly and wonderful... but unfortunately here lately the staff we have had to deal with in there are rude and very disheartening- so I have to takeaway two stars, and I may be finding a different place to eat. :(
We went for the first time tonight and my oh my is was sooo yummy!!! Great people, very kind, I will deftly be going back!!
