History Established in 2013. People always ask me how we got our name Hercules. Hercules was my step dad, we were going to open this venture together but unfortunately he passed away before we could get it off the ground so i named it after him in his honor. It is to him that I give the credit for award winning Bbq. Hats off to a bbq general because that he was! ~ Alfea

They have the best Ribs and pulled pork that I have ever eaten. The Mac and Cheese is outstanding too. I highly recommend this BBQ eatery.

Made the road trip today and was not disappointed. Obviously, the brisket had the perfect amount of smoke, but I love slaw and potato salad and their’s was spot on.
