History Established in 2013. People always ask me how we got our name Hercules. Hercules was my step dad, we were going to open this venture together but unfortunately he passed away before we could get it off the ground so i named it after him in his honor. It is to him that I give the credit for award winning Bbq. Hats off to a bbq general because that he was! ~ Alfea

Great place to eat very nice
I'm a picky eater. Love the pulled pork. I've never found hunks of fat in my pork like you often find at other places. my husband always gets the ribs and the bones easily pull away from the meat. Great Place!
The food was awesome. I strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone. The owner and his crew a very friendly, professional people with awesome customer service.

My favorites are the ribs and chicken strips! But the ribs the most.
I had a crispy, chicken bacon, ranch sandwich for lunch, and it was amazing! Way to go April.
