Dr. Gates has treated my hand problems and I have complete confidence in his diagnosis. He explains options and treatments thoroughly.
I consulted Dr. Gates for severe dupuytren’s contractures. He clearly explained my options which included traditional surgery, enzyme injection and needle aponeurotomy “NA”. The NA procedure offered a one week recovery period as opposed to at least a six week recovery for traditional and required only a local anesthetic. I opted for the NA. The surgery went smoothly and was pain free after the local was injected. The surgical result was amazing. Now two days post op, I am regaining full range of motion with little pain.
