My appointment was on time as scheduled, Doctor and staff very Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I Was comfortable with the way everything was handled ----All Plusses ...... Administrative review, X-ray's Doctors review and procedure.
Dr. Gates have been my hand and wrist physician since I moved down to Florida 10 years back. Could not recommend him more; excellent Surgeon and Doctor. The nursing and office staff are the most supportive and professional I have experienced.
I have seen Dr Gates for my wrist, hand and shoulders over several years. He and is staff are outstanding!
I would undoubtedly recommend Dr. Gates. He has helped my daughter twice with hadn't issues and he is always very thorough and patient. He takes his time explaining everything and answering questions. Dr. Gates is a fantastic doctor!

Very knowledgeable takes his time to explain things and doesn’t seem to be in a hurry. Friendly staff. And I felt safe in the office given the current environment with the COVID
Dr Gates and his staff are very friendly and professional. Everything was well organized and smoothly run. Dr Gates was not rushed and devoted the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan. His physical therapists are excellent.
The waiting area was re-arranged for covid safety and the staff operated in a safe manner. As on other visits Doctor Gates was informative, patient and kind.
