Dealer was helpful and contacted me within 24 hours. The car looked immaculate. Just sorry we couldn’t come to terms on the price. The only concern I had was the maintenance or last replacement of the hybrid batteries. Still may consider in the future if still available. Thank you
Absolutely the best possible buying experience. Arturo was a tremendous salesperson, not a "car salesman" type at all. We bought a used car and he was completely up front with all the details and history on the car, even pointed out some issues we hadn't noticed and had them fixed before we picked it up. Scott was great handling the payment process as well. Next car we buy I'll be getting in touch with them first, I have the phone and email saved!

Able to inform me on the vehicle and owners. Corrected some deficiencies I saw with the vehicle before purchase and I purchased from him the 2017 LS 460.
Great dealership. Honest, fast, no hidden fees. Pat Chan was the one who helped me. He was just awesome, the 2nd time I showed up to buy the, he knew I was serious, by the time I want to purchase it, he had the car cleaned, took care of the little things and even helped me w Bluetooth connection. Man, 5 star service. The gentlemen who did my financing, he was fast and guided me to the right warranty and insurance. No pushy or anything. This is a star dealership, definitely will think of them when I want another Car.
Was really interested on a specific vehicle, send Alan (Sales person) all of the information needed to make a deal happen. After sending all the info Sales person make me wait 7 hrs just to ask to come by the dealer ship. When from the beginning I ask if I could do everything online.
Wonderful response time. I was contacted by Bill and he sent me a walk around video, scheduled a time to test drive and answered all questions we had. I had a test drive scheduled at another dealership that I cancelled because I liked the response from Bill more. Ended up buying a car from this dealership. Thanks again for a great experience

Hopefully this information can get to the dealership. Enclosing erin told me that “he came with the car“ The following day I had a tech question and I text erin and on his day off, he replied within 45 seconds! The issue was resolved. He’s a great communicator I would not let this valuable employee be idle. You should take advantage of his skills
