Fast response, a little miscommunication, however, I have some culpability. I wasn't a fan of the multiple points of contact, however, not sure if that can be avoided. They were really willing to work with me, and went out of there way to accommodate my requests. Unfortunately the F150 they offered had too small an engine for me so I had to look elswhere.

I was able to buy the vehicle but I'm experiencing a lot of issues with the car, for a certified used vehicle too many problems, I've been at the dealer 4 times already dealing with problems. The Manager Brian is trying to help me but I think he needs a better team.
Their Internet Manager is the worst. Lazy not willing to put together a list of cars that matched my needs. Would not give her a cent. She wants to sit back and have the sales come to her. I have the emails that show her lack of customer skills
