I made a prompt appointment to view and test drive the car. I am an hour away, the dealership called while I was on my way to tell me the car was sold. Internet manager, Victoria has stayed in contact to assist me in locating a similar vehicle. She has been extremely professional in her efforts.

Lauren was very professional and polite. She contacted me in a prompt manner. The communication portion could not have gone better. Where it went south from my point of view is the dealership's pricing policy. I'm sure they sell a lot of cares but this one was way overpriced. I tried to negotiate but they wouldn't listen. I ended up getting another GLK with more equipment, 10k fewer miles, and MB certified by the dealership for less money.
