I understand that they are getting rid of the "by appointment scheduling" which was not working very well. I think they were trying to make the appointments work more smoothly. However, I think it was frustrating and in my opinion a disaster, as some people were scheduling and a whole lot more were showing up without an appointment. Those people that work in service do their best and always give 100%.

I've been going to Herb Chambers for the last 13 years , wonderful people from the guy that takes the car to the guys that write up the service orders. Great folks always offering coffee, apples etc.

Derrick helped me out in leasing a new vehicle. I’ve never leased a vehicle before and he gladly answered all the questions I had throughout the process. I dread going to car dealerships but he actually made it an enjoyable experience. Will definitely recommend Derrick and Herb Chambers to others.
very fast service, everyone is really nice. Today I got Bosch brake pads installed on the front of the vehicle, and ladies and gentlemen this is one of the few dealerships in the state that allows you to use your own parts. This is a wonderful experience having my vehicle serviced here!
