Chris Marinucci was the best salesman I've worked with. Super friendly and knowledgeable of all vehicles i was looking into getting. He made the process of getting my brand new car painless and fun! Chris kept me posted with the status of my car throughout the week which made me feel at ease. The manager TJ was great also, congratulating me on my purchase and asked if i had any questions or concerns. I am so angry with Herb Chambers Honda I will not be using this company for any of my automotive needs now or in the future. I brought my Honda Element in for servicing on March 2, totaling $1057.61, and was told the majority of my issues arose from needing new tires and an alignment and that should fix the pulling to the right as well as the noises I was hearing.
