Your service staff is so helpful. I must say Chris Glen is outstanding. He is an excellent listener and is always willing to help. I talked to him this morning. When I picked up my car yesterday I found that the workers had put my Serious radio to FM .He said bring car in to set up radio. I am 80 so Doing it myself beyond my skill set.
Went today with my daughter to purchase a Hybrid Accord, worked with Frank, he was a great salesman. Very helpful, up front, answered questions, super friendly, grateful for his years of experience, it made her purchase so much better!!

My fiancé and i bought a CRV , with help from Rob. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and wanted us to get the best deal. We were able to take home the car the very same day we looked at it. Any minor issues we had (such as a small stain on the seat) , they made sure it was taken care of and removed. I love my new car and when we’re ready to trade our civic , we will definitely be going back to this Honda dealership!

Service department is awesome , we own two Acuras and I never go back to the dealer Acura dealer I always come to Herb Chambers in Burlington John silver is a service advisor always takes care of me takes me right away calls me with updates if I need a shuttle back-and-forth to my home it’s there always. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington.
HC was easy to deal with and fair. The testing and transaction experience was smooth (but slow). Christy in particular was responsive, hard working, and incredibly friendly and professional. One note on doing this with COVID-19: Everyone was trying hard to disinfect and distance, but it still challenging. The sales desks are still too close together, and plastic walls separating customers and salesmen made it tough to hear. I have 17,000 miles on my car and it barely passed state inspection because my tires have worn so badly. Herb chambers Burlington won’t do anything about it. They agree there’s a problem with the car, but will not help me. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. I will not be buying from this dealership again, nor will I be buying another Honda. Honda does not stand by their product.
Went to test drive a car there today. Salesman asked us to leave because we wouldn't buy it on the spot. Unbelievable....Looks like we're getting a Mazda or Subaru.
Employees always pleasant, atmosphere a plus if you decide to hang and wait
