I purchased a used Cadillac from this dealership. The sales person did well and at the beginning the experience was positive. When I discovered an issue with the vehicle I brought it in and was told that the issue would be resolved. After a few days I was told that the issue I was experiencing was normal for a Cadillac and that no repairs were needed. I was skeptical but had no recourse so I accepted it.
