I have purchased several large rugs for our home and business. The selection and value is exceptional. The staff are top notch!
This Flooring store is where my father used to work, hint thats why its called " Henson's Greater Tennessee Flooring". My father worked his but off to get this business to were it is now. Now having said that, the customer service is great and if you have a problem with it thats on you not them. If you're looking for flooring, this is the place to go! We were looking for area rugs and custom runners and we weren't disappointed. After recovering from sensory overload due to the overwhelming inventory, we found exactly what we were looking for. This is a long-tenured family business that has an unbelievable selection of any kind of flooring. Cathy helped us and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business!
Incredible selection of flouring. Great prices. Very accommodating to meeting the timeline installation before are furniture delivery.
Steve was great to work with for planning around my timeline for install. The crew that installed it were friendly and efficient and did an excellent job. I will use them again in the future.
