He is HONEST. 1st time he fixed our dryer and said to pull the plug and get a new washer, it wouldn't be worth it, he could have fixed it and charged us a arm and leg, but he was honest. Today he helped helped with our oven. Yup the day before Thanksgiving, started pulling things apart but then he thought ahead and checked for parts before pulling everything apart since our oven is older than dirt, no parts, yup no parts, put things back together and helped us figure out which brand to buy, showed us the model information an... read more
Had a problem with my LG front loading washing machine. Nobody seemed able to fix it. Henry's appliance got here, figured out the problem in 5 minutes and had it fixed in 15!! Very punctual, professional and all around nice guys! Highly recommend!!
I had a broken washer, agitator wasn't working. Todd called me right back, came out same day and repaired my washer good as new without delay. A couple years later I came home from vacation to find a broken refrigerator. Messy and no way to return from two weeks away. Todd came to my rescue yet again. Came right out and again fixed a failed appliance same day without delay. Henry's Appliance is my go to for repair. I won't leave my appliances to anyone else. We had our Bosch dishwasher serviced by Henry's Appliance Repair. Not only are they professional but they were a pleasure to have in our home. They called the day before they were to install the part to give us a 2 hour window and then called to let us know when they were on their way. Very courteous. Reasonable prices. Very timely service. We will definitely keep them on speed dial.
I, just, had my gas dryer repaired by Randy & couldn't believe the professionalism and cost...amazing! He had the repair completed in 20 minutes at 1/2 the cost of the estimates I received from other local companies! I don't even think that he had pulled away before I was on the phone providing his contact info to my family & neighbors! For the cost of a belt, I almost bought a new dryer; thank you, Randy! I will, definitely, be using Henry's Appliance Repair for all future appliance repairs
