My dryer was clogged and wasn’t venting properly. I made an appointment by calling them and they came out, diagnosed the problem and ordered new parts within a day! The parts took a bit to come in, but they were very inclusive and updated me on the entire process. They came back, cleaned and replaced the broken parts and discovered the vent hose was clogged by a birds nest! They told me they’re only a phone call away if anything goes wrong. What a great business with friendly and informative employees. Randy is the BEST, he fixed my dishwasher and was in & out in no time. We will definitely use them again .
I needed a part for my dryer and I called Henry’s! It was a good decision for me. Part was ordered and Randy was here to install it. He worked quick and clean. I would recommend Henry’s for all your appliance needs!
Spoke to Todd yesterday and set up an appointment that fit my schedule. Randy came out and got my washer back on track. Great guys with reasonable prices!! I definitely recommend them!!
