I needed a more rare type of plumbing job. I needed a farm hydrant replaced. I called about 5 plumbers. Most of them didn't do this type of work. A couple never returned the call with the request for an estimate on such a job. Then I called the Henry Smith PHC. They knew what I was referring to and most importantly, they were willing to do the work. Excellent professional installation. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff from secretary to salesman to installers. First year service included, looking forward to having them back in my home. Helped in obtaining rebates, which have been received exactly as shown in estimate.
