Horrible! Have been dealing with their billing department since August for not even being seen...their equipment was "down" when we arrived and we left...sent us a bill and after repeated calls said it a triage fee! They never even took vitals or touched my daughter. Sickened by this place! Go someplace else

Never in my life have i or my family felt so disrespected here and had medial staff that have no idea what they were doing. Unbelievable. What a shame of a hospital this is.

Took care of me upon arrival at the desk, urgency in the team, very devoted to their responsibilitys, thank you very much for that.

Horrible experience at River District if I could rate it zero stars I would. Dr. Goodell was the absolute worst and a disgrace to all doctors. The only nice thing I can say is the nurse at the front desk did more work then the doctor herself and was 10 times nicer than any of the other employees. We will never be back and we will make it a point to inform everybody we know how horrible this hospital really is.

I had very good care.The staff was good.Especially my Rn.I know people compain about being slow in Er.But what the don't realize the really bad people are taken care of first Especially if is life or death I was treated in a timely manner. No place is perfect.I was happy feel much better.Thank you
