Had an appointment scheduled for this evening. Did all the prep for the appointment. Got to the hospital filled out the paperwork made a payment. Was sent to the waiting room, 30 minutes later was told the tech who was supposed to do the test wasn’t coming in tonight. Would not give back the payment. 😡 Totally unacceptable!
Do not waste your time coming here!! Terrible hospital, if you have anything even remotely serious go to mclaren. They are unable to treat most people and will ship them out to another hospital.
Recommendedok so the lady in the surgical lounge. needs to be taken out on a date or something. maybe put into laundry or the kitchen, away from the public. what a miseriable woman. maybe she's mad she looks like a man. maybe she hates her job either way. every person I've seen walk up and ask her a question she was rude as he to including myself. little old ladies and men, that couldn't hear well. rude as could be to them. slamming the window shut. everyone else was nice. please move that cow Jesus. I volunteer here and am very proud of this hospital and the great care they provide.
Replace that blond night nurse. She walked out of my room at 4 in the morning yelling because I stopped her from swabbing my nose for the 3rd time. Only once is necessary.
Just had my son here and they by far exceeded my expectations!!! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Felt like I was with family. Thank you for the best experience!!!
Absolute worst hospital by far. The complete lack of care is astonishing. I guess river district is where all the doctors who graduated at the low end of their class go to work....not once in the last 10years has river district managed to actually help me. They only leave me in more pain than when I go in.
