The nurses from the ER to ICU were the greatest! They couldn't do enough to make me feel comfortable and well cared for. Thank you all for everything.
Ascension River District Hospital has the absolute worst billing department. Crediting wrong accounts refunding money to the wrong person just to name a few of the issues I have with them. I have left several messages emailed several times without a single reply. Every time you call you’re on hold for at least 20 to 25 minutes you cannot get a representative to answer the question they all have to put you on hold and talk to a supervisor however, the supervisor will never come to the phone. I am shocked the ER doctor would tell a parent that their son has a serious illness BEFORE making sure with facts, testing positive for said illness!! He actually took me inside a room to let me know my son had a very bad virus one that he would have to quit his job over when this was all not even positive yet?? WTF? Test proved negative AFTER he told me he had this, very unprofessional!! It was his gallbladder just like I said in the beginning, unbelievable! Bad bad bad service!!!
So Im Back in the Hospital after being in River District all Saturday just to be sent home!!! This time I went to Port Huron McLaren and they admitted me, I see surgeon in morning for my appendix!! Moral of the story... NEVER WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AT RIVER DISTRICT CAUSE THEY DONT KNOW JACK S**T!!!
Don’t waste your time here Spend the extra 30 minute drive and go to McLaren Hospital they don’t waste your time like ST John River District does
Excellent care in a very timely fashion. Faster than many othets. Staff are all extremely caring and friendly.
this is the worst hospital around here
Just had a procedure done in out pt, amazing staff, I was very comfortable and confident with everything they were doing! Definitely my choice of hospital to go to❤️
