Wow - WORST experience EVER!!! This lab charged be triple what LabCorp charged me for the exact same bloodwork from last year. And of course you do not find out until after you have the work done and are screwed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or call and get pricing in advance. Some more info it if helps: I have Priority Health Insurance (same in 2025). Jasmine drew my blood yesterday and my old collapsing veins didnt bother her at all! She was fantastic.
Alyashia drew my blood quickly and efficiently. Didn't even feel a poke! She is amazing!! Staff is wonderful! In and out in a very short time.
Staff was professional and courteous. Wait time was not long!
I was treated beyond rudely when I called this location a few minutes ago. I always have problems with Henry Ford labs - my doctor tells me I can go to any lab, but then when I drive to a lab they cannot perform said test. This happened today, so I drove home with a list of the only two centers who could perform the test, one of them being here. I called the HF Gastrocenter at Columbus, and was transferred to the lab.
