My hubby broke his ring finger and it was so swollen we couldn't get his wedding ring off. Well they did hours of ice and lubricant and the nurse we had gave it his all before having to cut it off. The ring was titanium abd that poor man slowly and patiently cut on that ring fir at least 45 min to get it off. Can't remember his name but we want to thank him.
Slow as all get out its like the put u in a room and forget about u �worst hospital in Tennessee ask how long it will be and the nurse was rude as hell with a smart mouth and hateful look on her face
My granddaughter was at HCMC for a tonsillectomy and adnoidectomy DR . Richards was awesome! But the nursing staff on the second floor did not meet my daughter and I satisfaction. I made a complaint to the nurse supervisor which probably won't do any good.
Some ok nite not so good dont like it they need better people some people think there better than any body they need a lot better people to work there
My brother was admitted by his dr. The day nurses were ok but one night nurse morgan was not friendly. Had to ask for ice and cups. They didnt offer to bath him. He was very sick needing help to do stuff like use bathroom. When he buzzed for help they never came. He unplugged his i v pump n walked to bathroom by himself. It royally sucks. You have to set out in the waiting room for over 2 hrs and then they take people back that come in after you
This had to be the best hospital experience that we have ever had. Everyone that works here and everyone that was there having something done said hello. It has to be the nicest place we have ever had the pleasure to be.
Very good service. I was treated with care and respect. Thank you to everybody
Treated well was very busy took a while. Hospital called next day to check on patient and follow up
