The receptionist, the pa, and one of the nurses were rude as hell. The dr and Mrs Mary were very polite. I had just had surgery yesterday morning and i felt like there might be an issue, all i wanted was someone to look at it say yes everything is ok or no there is something wrong.
My mom has been in this hospital multiple times. The nursing staff is awesome. With the exception of one doctor, her doctors have always been amazing...mom was admitted again last night, and the doctor whom was assigned to her, we've had before. This doctor is so rude, and treats you like you are beneath him.. and if you ask him a question, he gets even more rude with you. Staff was very friendly. It really sets the stage for a friendly and growing Paris, Tn.
The staff at Henry County Medical Center are simply wonderful! Everyone was so nice and very helpful and understanding. I so glad I chose to come here. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone.
I did not receive pain medicine on time. I waited 2 and a half hours for pain medicine. The next time I asked for pain medicine I waited an hour and a half. When they came in to give it to me they said that the person at the desk never told my nurse that I asked for it. WOW. Asked for a soda waited 2 hours got tired of waiting for the soda went to the vending machine and got it myself. They really need better nursing supvision at night.
Overall a decent hospital for a small town. So glad to hear you got rid of that piece of crap, Dr. Hamm. He did nothing to help anyone. All he did was write prescriptions, Nothing but a glorified drug dealer.
