Very nice people there really good to me and my daughter very professional took us right back to a room and was very helpful thanks to all
I took my mother yesterday to Er and Dr Minor was the only good part of the experience. Ppl were very rude and didn't listen when I told them , 3 ppl, to check for flu. She was admitted, and I told 2 more ppl today. Finally after noon , they checked her and was positive for Type A flu. She sat in urine for 25 minutes last night and I voiced my opinion. I am extremely dissatisfied with her care that she has been given. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
HCMC is horrible. The staff doesn't have a care for patients, and the er doctors are idiots. How it can be rated at four stars is beyond comprehension.
It was great every one was there to help and keep me calm.
I was there for 31/2 hours and the doctor NEVER touch me. And sent me home. My pain was a 10+ or I would not have went. Very unsatisfied.
My husband had knee replacement surgery a few days ago. The overnight stay was good except the WiFi sucks. The day nurses was very nice.
I was in on Jan 11th for total hip replacement. At the age of 50 this was my first experience of having an overnite stay in the hospital and surgery of any kind. I was a little scared when I showed up to be admitted. Needless to say everyone made my process very pleasant, from the registration desk all the way to surgery. After surgery for the next two days, everyone associated with HCMC made sure my recovery went well. I would like to thank all the staff for making my first experience an enjoyable one. GOOD JOB ALL AROUND.
They took Excellent care of me before, during and after my knee cap replacement surgery. Never hurt. Michele (1 L, lol), one of the phlebotomy technicians, was able to draw blood with only one stick that I never felt; a rarity for me. The pre-op team and anesthesia doctors are extremely passionate about their patients well being. Very pleased!!!
I am in Cardiac Rehab and love the three Amigas, Jessica, Christie and LuJan. They do a great job!
