I made an appointment and to the person who helped me do it, try to get a job where you don’t have to deal with people, customer service is not a good fit for you. For the first time someone didn’t want to provide me with the address itself, she told me to find rooms to go and a blue building and Tj max instead of just providing with the address, what is this?
I had a terrific 1st visit today with Andres F. Henriquez MD. My special needs daughter has some Thyroid issues & the Dr was so patient, knowledgeable & genuinely interested. The office staff was top notch too!
Dr. Henriquez is a brilliant and devoted physician. You can be assured his diagnosis is spot on and accurate. His compassion and care are quite remarkable.
Terrible customer service, super lazy and rude, and the problem is the doctors believe what they say. Doctors don’t care about their patients. They gave me an appointment within 6 months because everything was fine, and my other doctor went the extra mile with my blood work, because I wasn’t feeling good, and find out my parathyroid was out of control, when I called Dr Enriquez, He told me, sorry but we don’t check every single gland. He gave me bunch of BS. Lazy and careless doctors.
The worst experience of my life was going to that office. They prescribe Ozempic and leave you vomiting for four months without telling you what to use to prevent nausea. Calling the office doesn't help! Want worse references? Contact me! I have more to tell you! THE WORST CARE OF MY LIFE!
