I called the office several times, but my calls kept getting redirected. When I finally got through, I was placed on hold for quite a while and no one answered. It was a bit frustrating because I was trying to schedule an appointment. I hope the office can improve its phone service and communication, as it would make the experience much better for patients.

The doctors are okay but the office staff are rude. I'd stay away from this place. They talk to patients so nasty and aren't very helpful. In fact, when a patient calls and they're place on hold you can here them going off about the patient while you're in the waiting room. Stay away, and find another doctor with better office staff who want to work and help their patients.

I don't think they are in business,because when i call no matter what time of the day they tell you. "if this is an emergency call 911"

El Dr Fidel Enríquez es atento, me escucha y yo puedo hablar con él mis inquietudes, pero hay algo que hace una estrella mi comentario y es su personal de Oficina, jamás puedo hablar con ellos por teléfono, me ponen es espera hasta que se cae la llamada y nunca contestan, (puede ser una urgencia ) con tantos comentarios negativos que hay por esta causa es para que hubiesen hecho algo por mejorar..
