I give Dr. Fidel Henriquez 2 stars for being polite. I went in with high suspicion of adrenal insufficiency with symptoms that were long standing and prior bloodwork showing low normal cortisol. I also have randomly checked my blood sugar when feeling unwell and found that I have had readings in the 50's and 60s. I do not have diabetes based on labs my PCP ran. Both doctors are good no complaints, but the customer service is terrible and rude. My wife, an existing patient went to the office to make an appointment as they won't answer calls. They refused to give her an appointment. They asked her to call and make appointment. I believe it's rude and don't fit for a doctor office where patients are treated like this. The doctors should correct them instead they support their staff which is even more terrible.

I made an appointment and to the person who helped me do it, try to get a job where you don’t have to deal with people, customer service is not a good fit for you. For the first time someone didn’t want to provide me with the address itself, she told me to find rooms to go and a blue building and Tj max instead of just providing with the address, what is this?

I had a terrific 1st visit today with Andres F. Henriquez MD. My special needs daughter has some Thyroid issues & the Dr was so patient, knowledgeable & genuinely interested. The office staff was top notch too!

Dr. Henriquez is a brilliant and devoted physician. You can be assured his diagnosis is spot on and accurate. His compassion and care are quite remarkable.
