Very disappointing experience I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Andres Henriquez. When I explained that I would like a second opinion before considering thyroid surgery, his attitude toward me changed completely. He became dismissive and disrespectful, even questioning why he should provide my blood work order if I planned to consult another doctor. The bedside manner for Dr. Henriquez was unacceptable, and he should really alter his communication style when speaking with patients. I called regarding a prescription that the pharmacy was having an issue filling. Granted the prescription was being filled months after it was issued, but it was still issued and needed to be filled. When I called, I was greeted immediately with rudeness from the young lady I spoke with - advising me that they aren't going to fill the prescription because I canceled an appointment. I called the office several times, but my calls kept getting redirected. When I finally got through, I was placed on hold for quite a while and no one answered. It was a bit frustrating because I was trying to schedule an appointment. I hope the office can improve its phone service and communication, as it would make the experience much better for patients.
The doctors are okay but the office staff are rude. I'd stay away from this place. They talk to patients so nasty and aren't very helpful. In fact, when a patient calls and they're place on hold you can here them going off about the patient while you're in the waiting room. Stay away, and find another doctor with better office staff who want to work and help their patients.
