Very good all around. Made me feel comfortable during each part of the appointment. Doctor Illum is the BEST Hematologist. And I want him to continue to take care of me, nobody else.
Dr. Illum amazes me with his caring and willingness to change course when he sees the need. He explains things at a level I can understand and answers questions in a straightforward manner and does not beat around the bush in his answers. I have the highest respect for him and his treatment of my illness.
Dr. Illum is professional while being personal and caring. I have never felt rushed at any appointment over the past 3 years. I feel that my treatment has been personalized. Not cookie-cutter or protocols. I would highly recommend him.
I transferred to Dr. Illum after my oncologist Dr. Anderson retired. Dr. Illum listens to any concerns you may have and spends time explaining test results including blood and CT scans. He puts the scans on the screen and explains what the shaded areas and different spots etc mean. I highly recommend him. 5 Stars for sure!
Dr Illum is Amazing He takes time to hear what your saying and gives you as much time as you need. answers all your questions. makes you feel at ease. I Would recommend Dr. Illum to everyone.
