After a bizarre night with a very rude employee, I called Henrietta Hots this morning to make management aware of the situation. After speaking with them, they have restored my faith in this place and set the record straight. This establishment is set on supplying great quality food, at an extremely fair price! Other than last night of course, they always offer top notch service! I am grateful that this situation was handled in a professional manner, and will be looking forward to my next visit!!
In the area from PA for a college tour and my daughter wanted to try the legendary garbage plate. She really enjoyed her food but my pulled pork had black burnt spots throughout. Nevertheless, for the ok spots, which were most, the taste was on point! Would be five stars if the food wasn’t burnt and my daughter’s order correct. Overall a pretty good spot. Lots of food for your money. Great value.
Incompetence. Ordered a plate they got it wrong, ridiculously wrong , I drove all the way back to Henrietta to get a new one. No offer for a discount or anything to compensate for my time. I’m driving from Scottsville back to Henrietta twice because they screwed up. I’m sure the plate will be great.
I’m from Texas and keep calling it a Trash plate 😂😂😂 If I’m anywhere close to the Rochester are I definitely detour in for some great food!
GARBAGE PLATE... that’s all that needs to be said. If pb and j is the best combo known to man Henrietta and that mustard is #2! What a legendary spot. Don’t take on the garbage place unless you’re a lad looking to be in your bag! Lads only, Garbo plate... don’t be bait just muck it!! If you ain’t a lad, do yourself a favour and muck a salad or something.. but if you’re a diesel guy.... GARBAGE PLATE!!!
