People are fabulous. And food is just crazy!
I went on my lunch break which a crowd of people came in after and they still got their food before me. Then once I got to my mac salad of my cheeseburger plate I found paper in it. As I was leaving I was going to inform them of it but they were all on their phones off to the side so I just left. Usually it's great there but today I was really disappointed.
Was in town for a conference for work. Someone suggested this for a "garbage plate". Place looked like an abandoned pizza place with the tiles falling off the counter and flies EVERYWHERE. Even if it wasn't a sit down restaurant, the tables should be clean which they were so far from. Crumbs and napkins on almost every table. Never even got greeted by the older woman cashier. The garbage plate was really good just wish it had more meat sauce! The Mac salad was good and the meat sauce was really good I just wish there was more on the plate. The pickles are to die for though I ate so many of them! I would deff come back but would need to get extra meat sauce I guess.
Waited 30 mins for a plate chicken tenders and a grilled cheese. Not to mention three people ordered behind us and got there food first. The girl behind the counter said sorry we got backed up. But why did three people behind us get their plates before us. Not to mention she was rude when we asked why

After a bizarre night with a very rude employee, I called Henrietta Hots this morning to make management aware of the situation. After speaking with them, they have restored my faith in this place and set the record straight. This establishment is set on supplying great quality food, at an extremely fair price! Other than last night of course, they always offer top notch service! I am grateful that this situation was handled in a professional manner, and will be looking forward to my next visit!!
