Where did the flavor go. This used to be one of my favorite spots when I come home but the last couple times there had been something lacking. Ah seasoning. Salt and pepper work wonders. Also current staff has no sense of humor. I used to laugh and joke with the old staff. Now it's like being in a nursing home. Maybe the new management is working for some customers. Idk. But either way guess it's Bill Gray's and Campis from here on out
Love going there everyone j go home to visit my mother
Drive an hour to go get food. Get home to find no meat sauce on the plate. Call get passed back and forth between the cook and waitress, no apology, only suggestion drive an hour back for the meat sauce I was charged extra for, then a hr back home again. Lost me as a customer, marks is open 24/7 and will be getting our $ from now on. Clearly shows meat sauce and a side of meat sauce on the box.
CB Plate with Mac Salad and Baked Beans is my comfort food. Never disappointed. I’ve heard of rude encounters but the cooks and counter people have always been good to me whether in person or over the phone. Gave them a quick call today to see if they were open due to conflicting hours on the internet and the guy was super nice and actually sounded happy to be at work. Definitely earned our business for dinner tonight! And thanks phone guy for being upbeat and friendly!!
