Some of the best service and car experiences I’ve ever had have been at this dealership. It’s excellent!
The sales consultant that worked with me (Joe Downs) was patient, courteous, and treated me with respect. I visited the showroom on two different occasions and although on one of the visits he was with a customer, he arranged for another sales consultant to work with my husband and myself, until he was available. The sales experience was consistent with the service that I have grown accustomed to over the past 6 years of having my beetle serviced at Lewisville Volkswagen.
Tim was great, I advised him about my limited waiting time, and he was able to accommodate my needs, and also was able to have the car washed. Definitely will go back for any other needs with the car.
The service experience at Lewisville Volkswagen was great, scheduling an appointment was easy and feeling welcomed and appreciated upon arrival was refreshing! I would most definitely recommend my friends and family to Lewisville Volkswagen!

Mike Cook is my service consultant and he is fabulous! While my car is in the dealership, Mike keeps me advised of any issues and my car’s progress. I really appreciated this last service as my car was washed!!! A nice touch!!
I wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressive my recent visit was to your service department and dealership. A couple years ago I bout a 2005 Jetta for my son from a private seller. Last week it was having an overheating problem and I was able to determine it had water pump failure. First of all, it was surprising to find that a dealership had the best price for repair. We have bought many cars in our lives but have never been more impressed with the way we were taken care of at Lewisville. I started out working with the internet department and they were terrific.
