I had to drop in for a battery change, as an emergency since no one else would install on a Jetta. Steve was extremely helpful and shared my concern even without an appointment. He managed the process to get the new battery plus change some brake light bulbs and perform a recall notice all within a couple of hours. Thanks!!

There is at least one VW dealership closer to my residence (and maybe two) - Lewisville VW is over 30 miles away. Despite the distance, I continue to bring my GTI to Lewisville for service. I have been treated very well each and every time I come in - it is more like dealing with friends than a business.
